Deputies arrested Megan L. Raynore, 32, town of Sullivan and charged her with third-degree possession of a forged instrument, second-degree offering a false filing instrument, fourth-degree grand larceny: property value under $1,000 and fifth-degree conspiracy.

Deputies arrested Adam C. Millien, 42, Syracuse and charged him with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle: alcohol and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
