Catstock VI is set for Saturday, May 9, from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. at the Oneida American Legion, 398 N. Main St., Oneida.
Admission is free, but organizers encourage a monetary, cat food or cat litter donation. Those who donate will receive a raffle ticket to earn an hourly door prize.
Catstock V will feature six local bands, plus acoustic acts, plus many craft vendors, food trucks, bounce houses, 50/50 raffles and over 100 baskets to raffle off, along with several big ticket items.
All proceeds raised will go to the Oneida Community Cat Committee, Operation Wildcats Ltd. and Wanderer’s Rest. This will help trap, neuter and release feral cats to alleviate the population of such cats in Oneida. When possible, organizers seek good loving forever homes for the cats.
In 2021, Logan Chesebro, drummer of One Man. The Band wanted to help the feral cat problem in Oneida, so they organized a multiple-band concert to raise money for this cause.
If any business would like to make a monetary donation or submit a raffle prize, their name will go on a large board for everyone to see, along with social media recognition.
Checks can be made out to Oneida American Legion, Post 169, with Catstock on the memo line.
Contact John Chesebro at (315) 264-1710 for more information. More information can be found on Facebook/CatStock315 or Catstock315.com.
