The Oneida Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution inducted four new members at its annual spring luncheon held Saturday, June 7, at Symeon’s Greek Restaurant in Yorkville. Oneida DAR Membership Chair Mary Cardinale and Regent Trena DeFranco welcomed new members Janet Griffiths, Eunice Zoeckler, Comelee Reams and Suzanne Bordiuk. Chaplain Michele Huther helped oversee the event. A total of 34 people attended the luncheon. According to https://www.dar.org, the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution was founded in 1890 to promote historic preservation, education and patriotism across the United States.
