Deputies arrested Daniel C. McNally, 49, Sherrill and charged him with DWI: first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 of one percent, first offense.

Deputies arrested Jory D. Page, 48, Sherburne and charged Page with DWAI: alcohol, speed in excess of 55 mph, speeding in zone, driving left of pavement markings and following too closely.
